Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is a new mandatory entry form that all foreigners must complete before entering Thailand – starting from 1 May 2025The form is filled out online via the official website: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home
Thailand Info has tested TDAC in practice and in this article we go through how it works – step by step. We show with pictures what the form looks like and what you need to consider.
Right now, TDAC is only available in a few languages: English, Japanese, Russian, Chinese and Korean. Swedish, French, Hindi and Finnish are not yet available as selectable languages.
The TDAC form can be completed in no earlier than 3 days before your planned entry into ThailandThe system will automatically open the calendar based on today's date, and you can then select an arrival date within the next three days.
A Few Concrete Examples: If you are planning to enter Thailand on 4 May 2025, you can fill out the TDAC form from 1 May 2025.
We tested the system on March 29th and were able to select arrival dates of March 30th, 31st and April 1st – which shows that it is possible to fill in TDAC. maximum three days in advance.
How TDAC works – three simple steps
The TDAC form is divided into three steps: data, travel and accommodation information and a short health declarationAll fields are mandatory and must be completed online before entering Thailand.

Personal data and passport information
In the first step, you enter your passport details, followed by personal details such as date of birth and address. All fields are mandatory.

Itinerary and accommodation information
In this step, you will fill in details about your trip to Thailand: arrival date, departure date, flight number, mode of travel and purpose of travel. You must also indicate where you will be staying during your stay, even if you already have a visa or are a long-term visitor to Thailand. All details are mandatory.

Health declaration
In the final step, you will be asked to indicate which country(ies) you have been to in the last 14 days prior to your arrival in Thailand. The form also states that you must be vaccinated with a vaccine approved by either: Thailand or World Health Organization (WHO).
There is currently no active checking of vaccination certificates within the TDAC system.

Preview before sending
Before submitting your TDAC application, you will have the opportunity to review all the information in a consolidated overview window – just as shown in the image above. This is a good time to double-check that all the information is correct, especially your name, passport number, date and address in Thailand. If anything is incorrect, you will need to go back and make adjustments before clicking Submit.

⚠️ Caution: Do not fill out and submit the form just to test it – it cannot be canceled. As the image below shows, you will immediately receive a legally binding notification once you have submitted the TDAC. It is therefore important that you only use the system if you actually plan to enter Thailand.
